Do you coach in-person or online?
Both! For those local to Mandurah, Halls Head, Lakelands, Rockingham and surrounding areas, I have options for some in-person sessions but have the convenience of online zoom/in-app coaching for everyone!
I’ve tried programs before and always fall off, how is this going to be different?
Totally fair question. The difference here is that we start small and focus on habits that fit your life, not the other way around. You’ll get guidance, structure, and real accountability without perfection pressure or guilt.
I’m busy, how much time do I need to commit each week?
Most clients start with 3–4 short workouts (around 30 minutes each) and a few small nutrition or recovery goals. Everything’s designed to be flexible so you can fit it into your routine, not overhaul your whole life.
I’m not great with tech, is the app hard to use?
Nope! The app is really straightforward, you’ll see your workouts, nutrition habits, and check-ins all in one place. Plus, I’ll walk you through it when we start so you feel totally comfortable.
